Welcome to Dash Bite. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Dash Bite mobile applications and related services, including the Customer App, Delivery Partner App, and Vendor App. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

By creating an account or using Dash Bite, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Dash Bite is a multi-vendor platform that allows users to:

  • Order Food

  • Order Groceries

  • Order Medicines (where legally permitted)

  • Shop from Local Stores

  • Send and Receive Parcels

  • Track Orders in Real Time

Delivery Partner and Vendor applications are provided to facilitate order fulfillment.

3. User Accounts

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Keep login credentials secure.

  • Be responsible for all activities under their account.

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by the respective vendor.

Dash Bite reserves the right to:

  • Reject fraudulent transactions.

  • Cancel unavailable products.

  • Refuse service when required by law.

5. Payments

Payments may be made through supported payment methods available in the application.

Users agree to pay all applicable charges, taxes, and delivery fees displayed before confirming an order.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on:

  • Payment method

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever applicable.

7. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only.

Actual delivery may vary because of:

  • Vendor preparation time

  • High order volume

  • Unforeseen circumstances

Dash Bite does not guarantee exact delivery times.

8. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for:

  • Product availability

  • Pricing accuracy

  • Food safety

  • Pharmacy compliance where applicable

  • Fulfilling accepted orders

9. Delivery Partner Responsibilities

Delivery Partners agree to:

  • Maintain accurate delivery status.

  • Deliver orders safely.

  • Follow applicable traffic laws.

  • Maintain professional conduct with customers and vendors.

Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Provide false information.

  • Abuse vendors or delivery partners.

  • Use the platform for unlawful activities.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Interfere with app functionality.

  • Violate any applicable laws.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and branding associated with Dash Bite remain the property of Dash Bite or its licensors.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
